Plastic People joins Trouw on the recently closed iconic club list, having closed its doors for good after its party on 2nd January 2015, what better way to go out than with an all night session from Floating Points and Four Tet In the last 8 years Kieran and Sam have been the biggest champions of the small but perfectly formed London night spot. This has proved fertile testing ground for much of the lads biggest tracks, Yeah Yeah & Vacuum Boogie respectively.

In this mix, the pair show their musical depth which is deeply rooted in all sorts of music really, from Jazz to Bossanova, Swing to House and Techno, over nearly 6 hours Sam and Kieran join the dots with an ease and swagger that only an artist totally at one with their surroundings can do. It is truly a dark day for the London clubbing community to lose a venue such as this which has long been so important to artists such as Floating Points and Four Tet, Being 2 of the most forward thinking artists of recent times I only hope that this closure doesnt take a part of the lads with them.
Massive thanks has to go to whoever has pain stakingly collated the tracklisting for the mix, my money is on Kieran as he has long been a giver of music and is only too happy to show his crowds the sleeves of the track he is playing. Bravo guys, bravo.
