RECORD OF THE DAY….CLIVE – GOING BACK / MAMBO CAFE (DIGITAL TRAFFIK)

Today’s hottest release comes from the very secure hands of Italian DJ/Producer CLiVe. As well as running his own label Cliveland, he often drops beats on the always on point imprint Digital Traffik, and his latest EP is a sure fire-hit on that very same label. We asked him to tell us more…

Describe the record in five words

Energy, noise, deep, fun, fire

What is it about the record that will appeal to the fans?

I would like to create a happiness, so people want to dance and good vibes to your ears.

How does it differ from your last release?

I want to search my way in my kind of products. A style for recognizing me. I don’t know if that way is already the right way but I must to try. And I believe that my kind of sound should be a mix of great music (melody, musically correct, sound research ) and good vibes of the drum and groove for the dance of clubbers . I hope to have made a good work.

What was the inspiration for this release?

Before I  write the track my intention was to create a way through the musical improvements and the powerful groove for the dancefloor and for me now the release is about the emerald city, get physical and some labels are this.

If you had the chance to play this in any club, which would it be?

Probably because of the history about them maybe Tresor or Pacha Ibiza
